This 4-week program provides an opportunity to engage in deep self-discovery, healing, and empowerment as you identify your core wounds, face your shadow, learn about your communication/response traits, and develop an action plan.

Session I: Evaluation; Identifying the Pain Points/Triggers/Wounds

Session II: Facing the Shadow

Session III: Communication Analysis/Astrological Traits

Session IV: Action Plan

Each 75-90 minute session will include action items/homework to prepare for the next week. Sarah will be available to answer questions in between sessions.

Sarah will touch base with the client after the Action Plan is implemented to see how the process is going.

This program includes the client’s choice of any two (2) of the following oracle decks: Triggers and Shadows, Air Sign Vibes, Earth Sign Vibes, Fire Sign Vibes or Water Sign Vibes.
