Sarah is a certified Holy Fire© and Karuna© Reiki Master. She is also certified in Quantum Animal Reiki with feline practitioners. She has practiced on clients both in person and virtually all across the world.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, which also promotes healing. Reiki is the universal life force energy that is spiritually channeled and guided. It can be used to clear negativity, remove energetic blocks, and manage pain.

*Note that reiki sessions are tied to energy, so times are approximate depending upon what the specific client needs. If the session ends early, there will be time allotted for a spiritual guidance discussion.
